The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Rishikul Yogshala, Rishikesh is a comprehensive, Yoga Alliance–certified program designed for beginners and intermediate practitioners who wish to deepen their practice and step confidently into the role of a yoga teacher. Nestled in the spiritual heart of India by the banks of the Ganges, the course blends traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with modern teaching methodology, ensuring a balance of physical, mental, and spiritual growth.
Over the course of 23–24 days, students immerse in asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching techniques, Ayurveda, and mantra chanting, while living a yogic lifestyle in a serene ashram environment.
